Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our service

1. Service Provider Role

GAMCA-WAFID | Cochin is an independent service provider assisting applicants in booking WAFID (Gulf Health Council) medical appointments. We are NOT a medical centre. We facilitate the appointment registration process only.

2. Booking Fee (₹1,500) is Non-Refundable

Once payment is made and submitted, the ₹1,500 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after booking
  • Incorrect information provided by applicant
  • Visa rejection or cancellation
  • Change in travel plans
  • Duplicate applications

Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with payment.

3. Applicant's Responsibility

It is the applicant's responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate passport, visa, and personal information
  • Upload clear, legible documents (passport, visa, photo)
  • Ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months)
  • Check email regularly for appointment slip and updates
  • Attend the medical centre on the appointed date and time with all required documents
4. Processing Time & Appointment Slip Delivery

Appointment slips are typically delivered within 2-6 working hours after payment verification. Delays may occur during high-demand periods. GAMCA-WAFID | Cochin is not liable for delays caused by WAFID system issues or network problems.

5. Medical Exam Results & Visa Approval

GAMCA-WAFID | Cochin does NOT influence:

  • Medical examination results (fit/unfit)
  • Visa approval or rejection by GCC country authorities
  • Medical centre operations or services

We only facilitate the appointment booking. Medical fitness and visa decisions are beyond our control.

6. Data Privacy & Security

Your personal data (passport, visa, contact details) is collected solely for appointment booking purposes. We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties. All documents are handled securely and stored as per data protection standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

GAMCA-WAFID | Cochin shall not be held liable for:

  • Medical examination outcomes (fit/unfit status)
  • Visa rejection by GCC authorities
  • Changes in WAFID policies or procedures
  • Technical issues on WAFID portal or medical centre systems
  • Any consequential damages arising from use of our service
